Damn, it's been a while since I've had me some ham hocks. The way I eat them is in a bean and ham hock soup, and with some navajo fried bread!? FUGITABOUTIT! Delicious.
Haha! BLKhorse, I recently had some pig spine soup with a broth made from pig skulls. A very weird feeling.. gnawing on a spinal cord. I think I would like to try yours with some fried bread. :)
